Overview
We brought the timeless beauty of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture to a new 12,000 sq ft commercial complex. This 14-month design-build project features authentic details like hand-formed clay roof tiles, custom ironwork, and arched colonnades. Although modern stucco was used, it was carefully applied so corners and edges were softened to look more like original hand-applied plaster, for authenticity. We balanced traditional aesthetics with the demands of modern commercial spaces, creating a complex that is both beautiful and functional, a landmark in its coastal location.
