Overview
Over five months, a 4,200 sq ft high-rise condominium became a beachfront sanctuary of modern design. Existing stone floors set the palette, warmed by bespoke millwork — scalloped solid-wood paneling and built-ins bent by old-world technique from rare South American wood, acquired as a cancelled pandemic order that saved a mill's jobs and can no longer be sourced in this country. Hand-applied specialty wall finishes by world-class craftsmen and smart-home systems not yet available here completed the residence — delivered on time, on budget, and with no delays.
