Overview

Building a new 2,600 sq ft home in a historic neighborhood required a delicate balance of tradition and modernity. Over 14 months, our design-build team navigated historic district guidelines to create a home that respects its context while offering contemporary comforts. The exterior features period-appropriate details like cedar shingle siding and covered porches, while the interior boasts an open floor plan and energy-efficient systems. This project is a bridge between past and present.
